Here's something I learned today that was put succinctly:
"The cells in your body react to what your mind says. Negativity and anxiety reduce your immune system’s ability to protect you."
You can decide to think positively. One trick for this is to force yourself to smile. You may feel like an idiot, but it's just you and who cares.
Another one is the" superman" pose where you raise your arms above your head. Let's just call it the "superhero" pose instead.
