Kinetic Management Systems · Lower East Side, NYC

AI and automation for Lower East Side small businesses.

Keep customers moving. Get your time back.

I'm Jason Littrell. I help business owners put practical systems around customer inquiries, follow-up, and the work that keeps landing back on their desk. We start with your business, not a list of tools.

A local point of contact. A clear place to start.

Useful before impressive

Start with the work you want off your plate.

A restaurant inquiry, a retail customer question, and a service estimate need different answers. They all benefit from a clear next step and someone responsible for it. These are examples we can evaluate, not a promise to build every system in one session.

01 / INQUIRIES

Make it easier to respond.

Map what happens after a call, message, or website inquiry. Identify where an acknowledgment, routing rule, or AI-assisted answer would help.

02 / FOLLOW-UP

Keep the next step visible.

Bring customer details, outstanding estimates, and reminders into a process your team can actually use. Decide which messages can run automatically and which need a person.

03 / DAILY OPERATIONS

Give recurring work a home.

Turn repeated handoffs and routine questions into checklists, useful answers, and clear responsibilities. Keep approvals with the people who own the outcome.

The $500 diagnosis

Know what to fix first.
Then get help doing it.

You bring a real business process: how customers find you, how your team follows up, or a task that takes more attention than it should. We work through it, choose a practical priority, and put the next steps in writing.

The format is a four-hour online group working session, held monthly. The product is your diagnosis, your action plan, and 90 days of implementation support.

Ask about the next session

What you take away

A diagnosis of the process
A clear account of the task, the handoffs, and where a better system would help.
A prioritized action plan
What to tackle first, what information it needs, and how to tell whether it is working.
90 days of implementation support
Help putting the plan into practice, rather than a document left on your desktop.
90 days of KMS Connect software
Time to put the software to work alongside the plan. Software is $297/month after the included period.

Contact me for the next date, participation terms, and the scope of support before paying. Custom done-for-you builds are scoped separately.

A working session, not a tool tour

Bring one process. Leave with a direction.

  1. Show how it works today.

Walk through the actual sequence, the tools involved, and the person responsible. Start with a real example, with sensitive customer details removed.

  2. Choose the right first change.

Separate useful automation from work that should stay human. Focus on a manageable improvement, not replacing your entire business at once.

  3. Write the action plan.

Make the next steps, dependencies, responsibilities, and checks explicit. You should know what happens after the session.

  4. Put the plan into practice.

Use the included software and 90 days of implementation support to work through the plan. Confirm support arrangements before enrollment.

Your local AI and automation guy

Built around the way small businesses actually work.

My background is in hospitality: ten years behind the bar, followed by ten years in consulting, events, and business systems. That is the perspective I bring to AI. A system needs to work when the room is busy and the team has other things to do.

This service is for small business owners on the Lower East Side, including restaurants, shops, studios, and service businesses. The monthly group session is online. You do not need a technical background to participate.

Before we get started

Good questions.

What does an AI and automation consultant do for a small business?

I look at a real process, identify where useful automation fits, and help you make the next steps workable. That can involve customer inquiries, follow-up, task handoffs, or routine information. The starting point is the work, not buying more software.

How much does the KMS diagnosis cost?

The diagnosis package is $500. It includes a four-hour online group working session, a diagnosis and action plan, 90 days of implementation support, and 90 days of KMS Connect software. Software is $297/month after the included 90 days.

Is this only for bars and restaurants?

No. Hospitality is my background, but this offer is for Lower East Side small businesses, including shops, studios, and service businesses. We start with a process that matters to your operation.

Is the session online or in person?

The four-hour group working session is online and held monthly. Contact me for the next date. Any separate in-person work would need to be agreed and scoped separately.

Does $500 include a complete custom automation build?

No. It covers the diagnosis, action plan, working session, software access, and 90 days of implementation support. If the plan calls for a custom done-for-you build, we agree on that scope and price separately.

What happens after the 90 days?

The included implementation-support period ends after 90 days. KMS Connect software is $297/month after the included software period. We confirm start dates, billing, cancellation terms, and any additional support arrangements before enrollment.

Do I need to replace all my existing tools?

Not necessarily. We start by looking at what you already use and where work gets stuck. Any proposed connection or replacement needs to be checked against the tools, access, and requirements of your business.

A little context, if you want it

Understand the work before you buy it.
