Never miss a call, a review, or a lead again.

KMS Connect is a done-for-you operating layer for bars and restaurants. An AI voice agent picks up every call, day or night. An AI employee responds to every review, every missed call, and every lead. Your reputation gets actively managed across Google, Yelp, OpenTable, and the platforms that actually drive bookings.

You keep running the floor. The background work runs itself.

The problem

Your best marketing is already happening. Nobody is catching it.

Every bar and restaurant leaks revenue in the same three places. The phone rings during service and goes to voicemail. A one-star review posts on Friday night and nobody responds until Tuesday. A lead fills out a form on your site and gets a reply four days later, if at all.

Fixing this doesn't need a bigger team. It needs a system that never sleeps.

What KMS Connect does

Three systems, one operating layer.

01
Reputation Management
Active monitoring and response across Google, Yelp, OpenTable, Resy, TripAdvisor, and Facebook. Every review gets a reply inside minutes, in your voice. Positive reviews get syndicated to your site and socials. Negative reviews get a human-quality response and a Jason review before it posts.
02
AI Voice Agent
A trained voice agent answers every phone call in your brand's tone. Quotes hours, handles reservation questions, routes real emergencies to a human, books calls with the operator, and texts a transcript to the manager after every call. Runs 24/7. Costs less than a single shift.
03
AI Employee
The background staff you can't justify hiring. Texts back every missed call. Follows up on every lead on the schedule you set. Sends birthday and anniversary messages to VIPs. Runs review request campaigns after every reservation. Reports on it all weekly.
How it works

Fourteen days from signature to go-live.

Days 1-3
Voice + brand
Train the system on your voice.
Discovery call. Voice sample capture. Brand tone document written. Reservation policies, hours, FAQ, escalation rules, and manager on-call contacts all mapped. Review response templates drafted against your actual brand.
Days 4-8
Wire it up
Connect the platforms.
Phone forwarding configured. Google Business, Yelp, OpenTable, Resy, TripAdvisor, and Facebook connected. Website forms routed. CRM populated with existing contacts. First live conversations tested against the phone tree and the review queue.
Days 9-14
Go live, tune, report
Live conversations reviewed. Weekly rhythm set.
First 50 conversations reviewed personally. Tone tuning, edge case handling, escalation calibration. First weekly report delivered on day 14. Monthly optimization cadence set. From here the system runs on its own with a check-in every seven days.
Who it's for

Operators who already have a working room.

KMS Connect is for independent bars, restaurants, and small hospitality groups (one to five locations) that already have a working operation and know they're losing revenue to missed calls, unanswered reviews, and dropped leads. NYC and the tri-state are home base, but the system runs anywhere.

Not the right fit for pre-opening operators. If you're still opening, start with Launch45 first. Come back once the doors are open.

Seven short questions. I read every application personally and respond within 48 hours with a 30-minute call invite or a straight answer on fit.

By submitting, you agree I can reach out by email or phone to discuss the application.
Or book a call

Rather talk than write?

Grab a 20-minute slot. I'll ask about your current call volume, review flow, and where the leaks are. If KMS Connect isn't the right fit, I'll say so on the call and point you somewhere useful.

FAQ

Common questions.

Will the AI voice actually sound like my brand?

Yes. Voice, tone, phrasing, and personality are trained on your inputs during the first three days. The first 50 live conversations get reviewed personally before we scale response volume. If a call sounds off, we tune it. You approve tone before anything goes wide.

What happens on the calls the AI can't handle?

Escalation rules are defined during onboarding. Real emergencies, VIP callers, press inquiries, and any call flagged by keyword or intent route straight to a live number of your choice. The AI hands off cleanly and texts a transcript to the manager either way.

Does this replace my host, my reservationist, or my manager?

No. It replaces the work that never gets done at all: the calls at 11pm, the reviews on Sunday morning, the leads that come in mid-service. Your team keeps running the floor. The system handles what nobody has time for.

How does review response actually work?

Reviews get monitored in real time across every connected platform. Positive reviews get an on-brand thank-you within minutes and syndicate to your website and social feeds. Negative reviews trigger a draft response and a personal review by Jason before it posts. Nothing goes live that hasn't been approved once by the system and once by the operator on the first pass.

What about integrations with my POS or reservations system?

OpenTable, Resy, Toast, Square, Google Business, Yelp, Meta, and most standard tools plug in directly. If you're on something unusual, we scope the integration on the discovery call. If it can't integrate cleanly, we say so before you sign.

What does it cost?

Pricing is shared once your application clears. It's positioned to pay for itself inside 30 days for a bar or restaurant doing normal volume.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Month-to-month after the initial 90-day setup window. If it's not working, we shut it off, unhook the numbers, and give you clean handoff of everything the system has learned about your operation.

Who actually runs this?

Jason Littrell (that's me) and a small operations team. Every account has a real human as the point of contact. The AI runs the volume. The humans run the judgment calls.
