JL Cocktail Co is based in New York and flies nationally for ultra-premium engagements. Every event is led on the floor by a JLCC principal. Local bench, rentals, and ice are sourced through vetted contacts and named vendors in the target city. Travel is billed at cost.

How the national practice works.
JLCC is not a national chain. It is a New York shop that flies for engagements where the beverage moment is a defining part of the evening. Every event has a JLCC principal on the floor from load-in through close-out. The bench is coordinated locally, but the standards, the menu design, and the accountability are the same in every room.
Production tier starts at $5,000 plus top-of-market per-head. Program tier for standing bar programs starts at $25,000. Counsel tier for fractional bar direction starts at $8,000 per month. Travel is billed at cost on top of the fee.

Events at this tier are quoted by hand. The fastest path is a short inquiry note with the city, the date, the room, the guest count, and the brief in one or two sentences. I read every one myself.
