Case study · KMS Connect
How three restaurants in three markets ran the same KMS Connect review flywheel.
- Deployed across three restaurants in two markets
- Two brands under one operator (Bar Tulio's and Patio Bar and Pizza)
- Multi-unit pricing at $267.30 per unit
Bar Tulio's and Patio Bar and Pizza are two Florida restaurant brands run by the same operator. Pacifica is a Virginia Beach restaurant. All three are on KMS Connect, Jason's AI operating system for bars and restaurants.
The problem
Most operators treat reviews as a marketing task, phone calls as a hostess task, and SEO as a website task. They are one system. Reviews drive local search ranking, local search ranking drives inbound calls, and inbound calls drive covers. Breaking that chain into three uncoordinated jobs is why most restaurants sit at 3.8 stars with a phone that rings during the pre-shift rush and a website that ranks below three of their competitors.
Bar Tulio's, Patio Bar and Pizza, and Pacifica needed the whole loop treated as one operating flywheel.
What Jason built
KMS Connect on all three sites, wired as one flywheel:
- Every guest gets a review request after service, on the channel most likely to convert them (SMS, email, or QR) with copy that matches how a real regular would describe the place.
- Every review gets an on-brand response, positive or negative, inside the window Google rewards for local search.
- The review activity feeds Google Business Profile and lifts the SEO rank on the queries that actually pull inbound calls: brand plus city, category plus city, dish plus city.
- AI voice picks up the inbound calls the SEO lift produces, captures reservations, and stops the phone from going to voicemail during shift.
Every step of the flywheel writes into the next. That is the difference between an operator running four disconnected tools and an operator running one system.
Why this matters
Running the same system across three restaurants in two markets is what proves a productized offer. Bar Tulio's and Patio Bar and Pizza are two brands from the same operator, so the multi-unit pricing at $267.30 per unit is real, not theoretical. Pacifica is a different market entirely, and the same flywheel produces the same lift. KMS Connect is not a NYC-only tool. It is an operating layer any bar or restaurant with a phone, a Google Business Profile, and a real menu can put on top of their existing operation.
