Case study · ASM Command
The Cup Bearer runs its entire front and back office on ASM Command.
- Automated outreach and lead capture at the top of the funnel
- BEOs, proposals, staffing plans, and sourcing plans generated by the system
- FTE-equivalent capacity added without hiring an SDR or an events coordinator
The Cup Bearer is a high-end NYC cocktail and events firm. Jason built and trained the ASM Command deployment that runs the operation. ASM Command is Jason's productized AI operating system for hospitality and events businesses, covering the full lifecycle from cold outreach through delivered event.
The problem
Most small events firms are a founder plus a coordinator plus a bookkeeper doing the work of an eight-person shop. The founder does outreach and sales, the coordinator does BEOs and staffing and sourcing, and everyone touches the proposal at some point. The bottleneck is not talent. It is that every deliverable, every proposal, every BEO, every staffing plan, is generated from scratch every single time. The operator cannot grow because growth means hiring another human against a margin structure that does not support it.
The Cup Bearer needed a system that produced the operator's actual work product, not just their emails.
What Jason built
A full ASM Command deployment covering the operating spine of the business:
- Automated outreach to prospects, planners, and partners on a cadence the operator does not have to manage
- Data capture that turns every inbound inquiry into a structured lead in the CRM
- BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) drafted from the intake data, ready for operator review instead of blank-page authorship
- Proposals generated with the right pricing, scope, and terms, drafted from a proven template library
- Staffing plans built against the event scope with the right roles, shifts, and rates
- Sourcing plans pulling the right ingredients, glassware, and equipment for the event
Every piece is trained against how The Cup Bearer actually works, so what comes out of the system is on-brand and on-spec.
The result
An FTE-equivalent of capacity added to a small firm without hiring an SDR or a full-time coordinator. The operator's time returns to the parts of the business that cannot be automated (relationships, tasting decisions, on-site execution) and the parts that can be automated (drafting, follow-ups, plan generation) stop being a bottleneck.
