Experiential beverage activations.Make the idea tangible.

The drink should express the campaign, not sit beside it. I help agencies and brands turn a creative brief into signature serves, welcoming teams, and a workable beverage production plan.

The creative decision

Give the drink a purpose.

Start with what you want a guest to notice, taste, or understand. A product-led sampling moment needs a different serve from a hosted dinner or an interactive pop-up. The beverage concept should support that purpose without asking the guest to read a paragraph before taking a sip.

I develop signature cocktails and zero-proof serves alongside the concept, with flavor, presentation, and guest interaction considered together. Bring the brand guidelines, product priorities, audience, and any claims or language that require approval. We agree what the team should say and what should stay out of the conversation.

From concept to service

Approve more than the recipe.

  • The serve. Agree ingredients, presentation, glassware, garnish, and the zero-proof offer. Confirm what can actually be sourced at the destination.
  • The interaction. Decide whether the bartender is hosting, explaining, sampling, or supporting a larger experience. Select talent for that role, not only for a staffing slot.
  • The production. Resolve batching, storage, preparation space, service flow, and replenishment with the event producer and venue.
  • The approval path. Name the person who signs off creative decisions and the person who approves scope changes. Keep the current specification available to everyone serving.

Built with your agency

Your campaign. Our beverage scope.

We work alongside your creative, account, and production teams. The agreed scope can cover beverage concept development, talented guest-facing staff, batching and logistics, staff briefing, and onsite beverage production. Your agency or event producer keeps ownership of the larger activation.

I direct creative development and oversight. Delivery combines a core team, curated talent, and local partners, with my onsite assignment agreed per scope. If your venue already has a bar team, we define where our work meets theirs rather than duplicating it.

I am based in NYC and available for international commissions. Product access, local partners, venue rules, and destination legal requirements shape what can be delivered. We confirm those conditions rather than promising the same serve everywhere.

A useful starting brief

Share the idea and the constraints.

Bring the campaign concept, location, dates, audience, service format, and the current production plan. Flag any sponsor exclusivity, product restrictions, or unfinished venue decisions. A rough brief is enough to start identifying the important choices.

Use the beverage BEO guide to document the approved service plan. The event batching guide helps connect a finished recipe to preparation and delivery.

Before we talk

A few practical answers.

Can the activation be entirely zero-proof?

Yes. We can build the beverage concept around zero-proof drinks from the start. Ingredient choices, presentation, and staff language are part of the same creative brief.

Can you develop the concept without supplying the full team?

Yes. Creative development and production planning can be a defined scope for an existing venue or catering team. We agree recipe documentation, briefing responsibilities, and who owns final service delivery.

How do you handle confidential campaign work?

Share confidentiality requirements at the start. We agree access to materials, staff briefing boundaries, and any permissions for photography or public discussion. Event details are not treated as permission to publish a case study.
