An always-on employee for your delivery business.
Route Command is a done-for-you operating layer for on-demand delivery businesses. An AI voice agent answers every call. Every order gets routed automatically. Invoices fire on delivery. Review requests go out on their own.
You keep running the truck. The background work runs itself.
Book a 20-minute demo →The phone rings when you are already driving.
Every owner-operator delivery business leaks revenue in the same four places. The phone rings at 10 PM and goes to voicemail. An order gets scribbled on a receipt and lost by morning. The route gets built in the owner's head, so the second stop of the day is always across town. Invoices go out three days late, reviews never get asked for, and the whole thing depends on the owner not sleeping.
Fixing this does not need a bigger team. It needs a system that never sleeps.

Owner-operator delivery businesses.
Route Command is for owner-operator delivery businesses where the phone is the bottleneck. Ice delivery, propane and cylinder exchange, firewood, bottled water, junk removal, small-fleet courier, mobile services with a truck and a route. One to five trucks. NYC and the tri-state are home base, but the system runs anywhere in the US.
Not the right fit for national franchises or businesses without a real phone line. If the phone is already handled by a call center, we are not the upgrade you need.

20 minutes. See it running.
Grab a slot. I'll show you a live deployment (an ice business in DC that runs on this exact stack), then we'll talk about whether it fits your operation. If it doesn't, I'll say so on the call and point you somewhere useful.
Common questions.
Will the AI phone actually sound like my business?
Yes. Voice, tone, and phrasing are trained on your inputs during the first four days. The first 50 live calls get reviewed personally before we scale. If a call sounds off, we tune it. You approve tone before anything goes wide.
What happens on calls the AI can't handle?
Escalation rules are defined during onboarding. Wholesale contracts, large event quotes, angry customers, anything flagged by keyword or intent, all route straight to a live number of your choice. The AI hands off cleanly and texts you a transcript either way.
Do I have to change my truck or my POS?
No. Route Command sits on top of what you already run. Your truck stays the same. Your existing tools (Square, Clover, QuickBooks, whatever) stay in place. We integrate where it saves you time and skip where it doesn't.
What about my existing phone number?
Two options. We port your number into the system so nothing changes on the customer's end. Or we set up forwarding and the AI answers only the calls you don't pick up. Owner's choice on the discovery call.
How does routing actually work?
Every morning, the day's confirmed orders get pushed into a route optimizer. The driver gets an ordered list with turn-by-turn ETAs. Customers get a text with their arrival window. New orders that come in during the day trigger a live re-route so nothing gets stranded.
What does it cost?
Pricing is shared on the call. It is positioned to cost less than a single dispatcher's monthly salary and to pay for itself the first weekend you don't have to answer the phone.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month-to-month after the 90-day setup window. If it is not working, we shut it off, unhook the numbers, and hand you clean records of every order and customer the system captured.
Who actually runs this?
Jason Littrell (that's me) and a small operations team. Every account has a real human as the point of contact. The AI runs the volume. The humans run the judgment calls.
